Welcome, Rev. CJ Fowler, Organizational Development Fellow

The Interfaith Center is excited to welcome the Rev. CJ Fowler as its new Organizational Development Fellow, a position that will provide support to Center’s ongoing growth and program development.

CJ is an ordained minister in the American Baptist Tradition and received his Master of Divinity from Harvard Divinity School. Before HDS, C.J. attended Yale University where he received a B.A. in Religious Studies. At both institutions, he was active in interfaith organizations, and served for two years on the Steering Committee for Harvard Divinity School’s Noon Service, a tradition in which a different faith community is invited to lead an hour-long service each week.

Prior to joining the Interfaith Center, CJ served on the pastoral staff at Second Baptist Church Downtown. He has been involved in the Planning Committee for the Center’s annual Friendship Camp and attended interfaith clergy events.

During his time at The Interfaith Center, CJ’s work will focus on supporting long-range growth including engaging with partners, supporting communication work, and enhancing administrative systems.
