Shared Table, Shared Stories: an Interfaith Children's Cooking Class

  • The Interfaith Center 1616 South Spring Street Little Rock, AR, 72206 United States (map)

Cost: $35 per child (scholarships available)

Come learn family friendly ways to cook and learn together! Participants will cook a nutritious recipe and share stories and open reflections on how we use food to remember, give thanks, and come together.

Cooking in Bloom believes that food does more than nourish our bodies—it connects us to one another and to something greater. Around the world and across faith traditions, food plays a powerful role in celebration, reflection, and community.

Children and families welcome but enrollment is limited. Class content geared toward elementary students, but all ages welcome. Children must attend with an adult.
